Jesse Nelson, the second baseman for the Salts, belted a 5th inning homer that scored two runs and cut the Dallas lead to 5-4. It was his 300th career home run, and elevated the Savannah, Georgia native to a select group of just five hitters to ever reach that milestone in the Bull League.
