The NCAA Division I has been a home run clinic this season, and Auburn has been one of the top teams to produce them. A big reason is Kyle Vanderwall, the sophomore first baseman for the Tigers, who went yard three times against Stanford yesterday, in a 4-for-6 effort that helped produce a 19-14 victory.
Vanderwall has 12 homers on the season so far, but even his impressive long ball stat is dwarfed by teammates Brian Ady, Jayden Nelson, and Angel Gonzalez.
