Lee played 2016 with the Toronto Ducks in the Bull League, hitting .225 with 4 runs and 4 RBIs after he joined following a trade from Denver, where he had been hitting .263 with 21 runs and 6 steals in 32 games. He was released by the Ducks to make room on the roster at the end of the Bull League regular season, and looked to the Southern Hemisphere to continue to develop his baseball career in the BOL.
